Diagnostic Imaging Results, Billing & Image Copies
Your procedure findings will be interpreted by one of our radiologists. A copy of your results will be sent to your referring physician. Your physician will discuss these results with you and how they relate to your overall health care needs. St. John’s Medical Center employees are not permitted to provide result information to patients. If you have not heard from your doctor within three to five days, we recommend that you follow up with him/her.
You will receive two bills for your procedure. Both bills will be submitted to the insurance carrier that you provided at the time of registration. One bill will be from St. John’s Medical Center for fees related to the technologies, equipment and supplies used in your procedure. The other bill will be from Jackson Hole Medical Imaging, PC covering the radiologist’s fees for interpreting your procedure findings. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your St. John’s Medical Center bill, please contact Patient Financial Services at (307) 733-3636. For more information regarding your Jackson Hole Medical Imaging PC bill, please call 877-206-1655.
